These Terms & Conditions apply specifically to the mobile game Jeff’s Cosmic Brew. Future games released by the developer may have separate Terms & Conditions.

The game is primarily offline, but certain features require an internet connection, such as accessing the in‑game shop and viewing rewarded advertisements. These features may not function without an active connection.
4. Advertisements
The game uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Ad categories are restricted to “General Audience” content, but the developer does not control the specific ads shown. In rare cases, third‑party ads may display content that is not intended. AdMob may also collect device information such as the Advertising ID, approximate (coarse) location, usage data related to ad interactions, and performance or crash data.
